Hi, I have recently upgraded to volt 350, I am greatful for the new price as I was out of contract before the upgrade and ended up paying less for a faster speed.
However I did a speedtest on google before it changed from 200 broadband and I was getting around 180 mbps and now that it has been upgraded to 350 for a few days I am still getting around this, sometimes as low as 140 mbps.
I have also done a speed test using my PS5 which is connected using LAN and the results are similiar.

Hi @davepassey
Thanks for the update. It's good to see that your speeds have increased.
If you do have any further speed issues though then it may be worthwhile creating a post in the /Networking-and-WiFi forum.
If you do create a post there then describe how you are connecting and which device you are emasuring.
There are a lot of tech guru's on that forum that can look into your issues but when posting the hub stats they will need the full details from the Router Status page. So please copy/paste 3 FULL sets of data onto here (not screenshots) – from the Downstream, Upstream, & Network Logs pages.
You should also set up a BQM monitor at thinkbroadband.com - this will give you an insight into what is happening with the signal at the other side of the Hub, it will take a few hours to get any kind of trend showing although you can post the link straight away.
Instructions for posting BQM Link
Under your BQM graph are two links in red.
Click the lower link (Share Live Graph) then click generate.
Copy the text in the Direct Link box, beware, there may be more text than you can see.
On here click the Link icon (2 links chain to the left of the camera icon)
In the URL box paste the link you copied and then click OK.
