hi, I’ve just upgraded to the volt package, need some clarity regarding the o2 sim, I currently have a pay monthly virgin mobile, would I still be paying for my existing virgin mobile plan aswell as the new o2 volt one?

If your previous package was an ultimate oomph package where you had the sim as part of the package that’s sim would disconnect 30 days after your package changed. You can transfer the number by getting the pac code from ur vm sim

You can get a PAC in a few ways: Sign in to your online account and select Switching to make your request. Text 'PAC' and your date of birth (in DDMMYYY format) to 65075 For example: PAC 01031984.  And contact 02 with the pac code.

if you sim was not part of the oomph package and it was separate you would need to contact vm mobile on 789 from your Virgin Mobile or 0345 6000 789 ** from any other phone.
