Upgrade on mobile tariff

Recently upgraded my mobile tariff to a higher data usage. I have the Volt bolt-on added on my account from my previous tariff

How long before the data is shown as being doubled.?

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.
I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your mobile tariff not updating, regarding this you would need to speak to O2 to look into this but it can take up to 14 days for the benefits to be added to your account.
