Ultimate volt Bundle - O2 saved basket email

Have ordered the ultimate volt Bundle for £85 per month (£60 virgin and £25 o2) and have just received an email from o2 with a saved basket for the SIM for 250gb instead of unlimited.

I was under the impression the SIM would just be delivered to the address after the virgin media install - should I go through and order the £25 SIM myself with o2 from this saved basket? Don't want to be left paying for 2 SIMs if one turns up from virgin media after the install!

Thanks for posting in regards to your account and changes, welcome to the community and forums.

If the SIM is part of the Volt then it should be fine to speak to O2 and ask them to process it. We wouldn't send a SIM also so you won't end up with 2 🙂
