Ultimate volt Bundle - O2 saved basket email

Have ordered the ultimate volt Bundle for £85 per month (£60 virgin and £25 o2) and have just received an email from o2 with a saved basket for the SIM for 250gb instead of unlimited.

I was under the impression the SIM would just be delivered to the address after the virgin media install - should I go through and order the £25 SIM myself with o2 from this saved basket? Don't want to be left paying for 2 SIMs if one turns up from virgin media after the install!

I'm so sorry to hear that you are facing this issue with your new SIM. To clarify, you do not need to order the SIM separately it will be sent out and with you as soon as possible. 

I'm sorry you were expecting an unlimited SIM, how did you arrange this new deal with us?
