Ultimate Volt upgrade

Good Morning Guys,

I have just ordered an upgraded package from mine to the Ultimate Volt package with a mini box etc.

My question is, there is an engineer coming to install in a couple of weeks, the mini box i want installed in the man cave, the wifi doesn't reach there and i have no virgin cable in place either, will the engineer install this for me as part of the installation package ? ( i read somewhere that wifi pods are available free on this package). Is this something i need to speak to someone about before he arrives or do they carry the equipment on the van, basically the mini box setup requires a fresh install, the main hub/ tv box etc is just being uprgraded.

Is the "man cave" part of your home or a shed at the bottom of your garden? Its unlikely the install will go ahead if its a shed at the bottom of your garden.  Technicians also do not carry pods.

It's not joined to my house, it's about 5m from the back corner of my house..

Have you thought about how they will get a cable there? Have you dug a trench in the garden for the engineer or are you expecting all this on day of install?

There is a round downpipe laid under the ground and comes out into the new building , was originally gonna run the electric through there, just need two slabs lifting that are between the house wall and garden (start of the tube).
