received a email when my services was up to inform me that Exertis would be contacting me shortly regarding my free gift. Was informed to check spam as it was possible they would contact me through there. Looking on here I have seen many valuable customers have not been contacted. Should I be concerned and worried that they haven’t been in touch?

Yes service was installed 29/07/23

Normally free gifts are sent out within 45 days of the day you service starts right now this is still in that period. 

Once it is sent out you will get a email about it. Cheers

So not after the 28 days what was quoted in both a email and text message? Thought I would have been kept updated by Exertis at the very least

Glad to report I took delivery of my gift this afternoon 😀
