Hi, If a new customer signs up for Ultimate Volt, in a 1gb capable area, what speed should they expect on day 1, after either self install or engineer install. Would it be 500mb or 1gb.
Reason for asking obviously Post Office strike action is a distinct possibility at this time of year, and have read a few stories on here of people waiting quite long time before sim arrival, so if the O2 sim hasn't been activated on or before date of install, what speed will come through.
Previously had Ultimate oomph service, and one or two minor niggles aside, thought service was excellent if pricey, but cancelled service a number of months ago due to property being refurbished, but may come back in the new year.
