I've moved my package to the ultimate Volt and get netflix included. I haven't had any instructions to transfer my Netflix account. How do I do this?

Can you please confirm if you've used the same E-Mail address for Netflix and the activation of the Virgin Media services?

No, I do not use the same email address for both Virgin Media and Netflix.
