Ultimate Volt O2 SIM card

Hi

I signed up to the Ultimate Volt bundle a couple of weeks ago and my tv and broadband services have been switched on, however I haven’t received the O2 SIM card yet.

It said it’d be a week to arrive, but it’s been two weeks now, does anyone know when the O2 sim will arrive?

Unfortunately we have no access to look at O2's system / orders via here, if you contact them via any option here they'll be happy to investigate further and ensure the SIM is on its way.

I ordered the ultimate volt package through Virgin Media, not O2. The O2 SIM card was part of the ultimate volt bundle. https://www.virginmedia.com/virgin-media-o2

I have seen similar questions asked here -

in both cases O2 were unaware of the order or customer. In both cases it required Virgin Media to sort the O2 SIM card side of things out eventually.

I am also paying Virgin Media, not O2. Assuming my situation is the same as the above posts, could you please remove that section of my virgin media bill so that I am not paying for services I am not currently getting? According to the detail of the virgin media ultimate volt bundle that is £25 pounds per month.

As mentioned this was a bundle from Virgin Media, not O2, so while I appreciate you cannot see the O2 systems that isn’t my problem - my problem is that I haven’t received the SIM card that was supposed to arrive as part of my virgin media package (not O2).

While I agree with everything you say, you're actually paying 02 for the sim part of the bundle.

Is this the best you can do? I recieved your private message but I'm not the one asking for help. The customer service from Virgin Media on these forums is abysmal.
