So I moved to the ultimate Volt bundle as I'm with VM and O2 but can't see how I get the unlimited SIM. Could somebody help me out please?

When did you move? You should get the SIM via O2 after Virgin placed the order.

It's been a couple of weeks now. If I select the mobile option in my account it just makes me log into my O2 account

Have you spoken to O2 ans explained the situation?

yes I have, they said to speak to VM

Have you discussed upgrading your current package with O2?
