Terrible connection in my bedroom and upstairs

I have just spend 55 minutes of my hard working time on the phone to your technical team to try and order boosters which I am fully entitled to.

 

However, after much debate, they advised me they cannot send or order them for me unless my WiFi is below 30mbps.

NOW... I am paying for 1000mbps and I am receiving between 40 and 53mbps in my bedroom and upstairs area.

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!

 

You can understand my frustration with your terrible customer service and lack of caring. 

 

For the record, I have 2 separate recorded WiFi speeds on my app from my bedroom at 1mbps.

 

Can you please, for the love of jesus H Christ himself, send me some free boosters!!!
