Can you please expand on what has been happening and we will do all we can to help?

Also, can you please confirm if Netflix is showing on your online account?

I have repeatedly tried to activate via the "button" in my virgin media to no avail.

Keeps telling me to try later.

This is appalling.

What have you been advised by the team so far about this, have you been advised if any ticket has been raised to the support team?

Pretty much the lack of anything that could be termed 'customer service', but hey, at least one silver lining, we are all getting the same level of poor service

I joined in April 2022 and never received the Netflix benefit despite having a complaint open from the 1st week of joining. 

Complaint was never resolved and I am in the process of leaving Virgin due to this.
