I have unlimited minutes and almost all my data left but my account says I’ve hit my spending cap. I cannot make any calls. What may be going on?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums.
Sorry to hear about this - it could be potentially down to you using things that are outside of your allowances, like picture/MMS messages being sent - phone calls to numbers outside of your UNL allowance (chargeable numbers) have you been able to speak with anyone since your post to confirm what the problem is?
