Sim card not delivered

My 02 sim card has not been delivered. I ordered the Volt 02 package weeks ago, my VM equipment has been installed, I've had all the emails from VM & 02, I've even had a mobile number provided & the 1st 02 payment taken but no sim card. Can a replacement be sent out please?

I have the same issue. Just taken out a package, everything installed.  No SIM card. Seems as I have a O2 account with the email address I use for my VM account they can send one. Asked to call a number and just go round in circles being passed from VM to O2. Utterly utterly hopeless service.

The Sim cards are sent by O2.

You would need to contact them directly please.
