I no longer required my WiFi pod and returned it to my local O2 store a few weeks ago. The guy at the store wasn’t able to provide a receipt but assured me this was standard practice and that my pod would be returned safely to VM. I’m now getting constant emails and messages from VM asking for the pod to be returned even though I have returned it. How can I prove to VM that I have dropped it off at my local O2 store?

Why did you take it to o2 ?

The return pack sent by VM said it could returned via courier or by dropping it off to an O2 store.

Hi nuremburger,
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're receiving reminders for a piece of equipment you've already returned.
When dropping to an O2 store, it can take longer to reach us and go through the system but I can help in the meantime.
I just need to confirm a few details with you so I have sent you a private message regarding this. Just click on the little plum envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
Thanks,

Hi nuremburger,
Thanks for coming back to me via private message.
I have forwarded the information over to the returns team now asking them to suppress any further reminders for you.
It can sometimes take a few days for this to happen but once it is, i will certainly let you know.
Many thanks,

Thanks for your patience on this one.
The returns team have come back to advise that they have supressed the reminders this end now so you shouldn't get anymore.
If you do, please pop back and let us know.
