I recently cancelled my Ultimate Oomph as the promotional period was coming to its end, I got the retention call and got offered a good deal changing to the new UltimTe Volt which replaced the package I was currently on. I was assured I wouldn't lost any feature or content if anything I was gaining features and content as I'd get Netflix, Hub 5 and switch to O2 from the VF/VM unlimited SIM I had on Ultimate Oomph.
Naturally I accepted, however upon installing the new Hub 5 and effectively starting the new contract on Ultimate Volt I no longer have access to Sky Cinema UHD content in the Box Sets and Movies section of the home page?
I've started a whatsapp chat with the help team but in the past 14 or so hours the chat has been live I've been passed between three departments and I'm still waiting for a rep to respond. Any ideas?

Hi @wellyz
Looking at the latest adverts for all packages, the Sky Cinema and Sky Entertainment UHD is no longer included for free and is now £6 a month extra.
Info below from the TV sub section towards the very bottom of the page on https://www.virginmedia.com/tv
Sky UHD: Sky Cinema and Sky Entertainment UHD requires a V6 or Virgin TV 360 box and a 4K compatible TV/device with HDCP 2.2. Up to 4x the clarity of standard HD content: based on comparison of HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) versus UHD (3840 x 2160 pixels).
£6 a month for customers with Maxit TV packages (Fullhouse/ Bigger Bundle/ Ultimate Oomph/ Ultimate Volt). 30 days’ notice required to remove Sky Cinema and Sky Entertainment UHD pick. Prices may increase at any time during the contract.
