Red Light on Hub 3

Hi 👋 

The red light on my Hub 3 has been on for a few days or so now. I checked to see what that colour light meant, and it was saying the Hub was overheated or cables may not be connected properly, although despite this, I ran a diagnostic test on the modem, and it said the Hub temperature was normal, the WiFi also still works currently but we have had a few issues with it being slower in the lounge where the Hub is kept. From the first time it was installed that light has never been right anyway, it was always orange, which apparently is colour that doesn't exist for the Hub 3, any help would be much appreciated 😊

I'm sorry to hear about the colour of the light on the hub. 

Can you confirm if you have been able to check all the cables to ensure they are tightly secure?

Thank you for your quick response 👍, and yes, I disconnected each cable and restarted the modem and the light is still red.

Thank you for that information. It sounds as though it could just be the light on the hub that is having issues. 

We would want to change that anyway just to be on the safe side.
