I had virgin volt installed 15th november & technician ordered a wifi pod due to blackspot one side of house. They have not arrived & i have since been onto customer services three times to ger them ordered. I still have not received any & continue to have blackspots. Currently wish I had never changed to virgin as customer service poor & promised discs have not materialised

Have you downloaded the connect app and ran a home scan if the app finds an issue and you would benefit from the pod the app will give you the option to order them. Techs don’t order the pods the only options is the connect app or wait for a mod or ring customer service to do the diagnostics.

You would need to download the connect app and run a scan of the rooms in your property and if the app picks any issue and you would benefit from having the pods it will give you the option to order . The 2nd option would be call customer service where they can do a diagnostic of ur services and they may offer the pods. That is unfortunately a v unhelpful response because the technician who installed the line ordered the discs based on his diagnostics plus i also then did it. Your customer service reps give a different answer each time but also promise to order the discs which never come. I cannot understand how this is so difficult. Just send discs

VM don't send disks. They send out wifi pods.
A member of the forum team may pick this up for you in a day or two.

A warm welcome and thanks for posting on our community forums. We do apologise that you've not bee able to order Wi-Fi pods through our Connect App, and that our customer service agents did not order these when called.
Remotely checking the systems from our end, we can see that you have already spoken to our team to get the pods order and sent to you.
Please let us know how you get on once these have been received and if this resolved the issue you're experiencing.

I am trying to order a third pod but cannot get through to right option on CS number plus was kept on hold with online chat then disconnected. Can I get this ordered please
