Re: Volt benefits not applied to virgin account

It seems that I too have the same problem:  my broadband speed hasn't been increased even though bolt benefits applied and contact details are identical on both sites.  Can anyone help?

Thank you for your help with this.  Hub 5 arrived this morning and now getting 1.1G download speed and 105Mbps upload.  Very happy.
