Hi there was this issue ever resolved??? 

Ime having exactly the same problem. I've had email saying my account is eligible for volt benefits, o2 have honoured there part already. But no sign of Virgin media following. Chat is an absolute pantomime, calling the same. Do the advisors think we believe them, when they tell us the need to speak to there managers, then go. Missing for 20 minutes. I've a good idea wot they are up to. Involves a tea cup and a chair and maybe a mobile phone. Fingers crossed for some real help.... Paul
