Not getting volt boost

Any chance you could look at mine as well, 2 days on WhatsApp and still no joy, was told it was setup and to wait 48 hrs, but nothing no boost?

I’m sorry to hear that your Volt benefits have not been added, it can take up to 14 days for the Volt benefits to be added on both the Virgin Media and O2 sides, how long has it been since you requested the Volt benefits?

I posted on Sunday that I also haven't received my Volt broadband boost, now 16 days since my O2 Volt bolt on was activated. Can you look into my missing speed increase to 1Gb please?

Also please remember you can only have the volt boost once. Cheers
