Quick question about volt.

I have the m350 broadband and two o2 phone tarries in the house, all three are in the same name and are eligible for vault. If I upgrade my broadband to m500 and then apply the volt promotion does that mean I’ll get the 1Gb broadband for no additional cost? Is the 1Gb the next speed after m500?

Reason I ask is because I’ve seen a few people mentioning a 600 speed package but I can’t find it on the official website. Cheers guys.

We are unable to do package changes here unfortunately, so it would be best to call the team please.

They will be able to advise on if they can apply Volt straight away or if you can upgrade prior and what speed tariff this would increase to.
