Pre-existing O2 contract and Volt

Steve1947
On our wavelength

I have an O2 contract from way, way back but, after reading through all the Volt documentation, I am still not sure whether any of the benefits of the scheme have any relevance to me. Can I "tack on" my pre-existing O2 account to my Virgin Media account or is access to Volt restricted to new O2 contracts opened under Volt?

Hi Steve,

Welcome back to the community

Yes, absolutely! You can add your existing O2 mobile account to your Virgin Media account to get the Volt benefits, so long as the address on the O2 account matches the address on the Virgin Media account.

You can sign up to Volt benefits via your O2 online account either through the app on via the website. It'll take 14 days after you have signed up to see the speed increase at our side if applicable.

Please let us know if you are having any further issues or have any questions at all. We'll be here to help on the community forums if needed :).
