Hi, I moved over to VM in May 2023 and have never had a stable WiFi connection in one of the bedrooms. I have run multiple scans around the house, the signal doesn't seem to reach far enough to this room as the scan says it is unable to correct to the hub.
From other posts it appears that I need to order a pod, however getting through to anyone to discuss this seems to be much harder than expected. Is there any way to order these online?

Sorry to hear of the wireless signal issues experienced in your property, we appreciate the frustration this can cause and you taking the time to raise this via the forums. Welcome to the community.
From checking the equipment and connection all of the levels and spec's appear in the ranges we'd expect to see them, the speeds at the Hub show as 1143mbps download and 103mbps upload with latency and packet loss all fine.
You mentioned you have ran scans, was this via the Connect App? If so, what happens during the scans as they should allow you to order the Pod if required.
