Pin code incorrect

I'm trying to watch virgin on the go via my mobile but because the content is age restricted it's asking for a pin. I tried the one we use on the TV boxes but that doesn't work. I've tried to change it via parental control on my app (I'm the account holder) but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong, I assumed the pin would work like on the remote for the virgin box

I used to have the same problem. Try 0000. It worked for me. Good luck

Hi @Jacquioo1 

@milbers is correct. The default pin for the app is 0000, and the default Stream box pin is 1234. 

You should be able to change the pin on the TVGo app by going  to Settings > Parental Controls and signing in with your account details

What error message is displayed when this fails?
