I had my internet and phone connected yesterday. No problems at all with that but when I initially was sold the package I was told I was receiving the tv hub with it … this hasn’t been received and it isn’t on my app. I understand that there must be crossed wires somewhere so is there anything I can do to receive the tv hun at the cost I was told, being a brand new customer. I was told it was all in with the price I am paying so I am really confused … again, my fault too but being a childminder and dealing with sales people at the same time is not my specialty! Thank you.
