I added a new Netflix account to Stream to pay for it through my Virgin Media bill. The offer was a rolling 30 day contract at £5.99 per month. I am currently being charged the full whack at £10.99 per month. Please refund the difference and set the contract up at £5.99 per month as per the original contract (ref: volt 250m package)
