Hi, I need some help ordering wifi pods.
I have virgin broadband and o2 mobile so have volt activated.
I have two dead spots in our house, tried the connect app bit couldn't find a way to order.
Tried calling customer service and technical support, got passed from one to another and back again - both appeared to be on the other side of the world - and both frustrating to talk to - after like an hour on the phone got disconnected and i didn't have the patience to call again.
I can see the moderators here can also order pods.
So I'm hoping one will come along and help!

Thank you for messaging us, I am sorry that you are having issues with your Pods, I have checked our systems and can see your pods are connected to the 2.5 GHz, and it is having issues on the frequency I would advise rebooting your hub.
