Ordering a Wifi Pod

I need to order a Wifi Pod. I did the survey using the app, but it doesn't take you to any order page, as it says on the web site help. I don't have hours available to spend on the phone waiting for someone to answer. Can I order one any other way?

The mesh wifi  pods now come with a speed guarantee . See the following page for details, including  how to order online via My Virgin Media or through the Connect app

You can also call the direct number 0800 064 3850 to order a pod (they will only send out one at a time, and there must be an interval of at least one week before a second order will be accepted)

Since it's a direct number to the department that deals with the pods the call should be picked up quicker than going through the normal 150 route.

I seem to be missing something as I can't see anywhere on this page that gives me the opportunity to order a pod, neither can I order one form the connect app, which I downloaded & used to do a scan room by room. However, I will try the direct number. Thanks for your help
