Hi. Although I've been with O2 for a few years and with VM since the start of the year, I only just got Volt enabled. I would now like to order some WiFi pods as the Hub 3 I have does not cover much of the house. The router has been placed at the center of an Lshaped home on the ground floor. However coverage upstairs and at the two ends of the house is very poor as my doorbell keeps disconnecting and I get an unstable 18 Mbps in my home office.
On the Wi-Fi Max page, I'm unable to see any link to order even though I've signed in. Can any VM personnel help me with this? Thanks.
