I have have been with VM and changed plan to volt package and they added in unlimited data/calls 02 sim for 18 months. I've had no communication from o2. I have not recieved a sim card. I contacted vm who directed me to o2. I contacted o2 and they have no record of me.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your O2 SIM sorted, I am sorry you've not received this yet!
I believe you'll need to chat with the sales team on 0800 183 1234 to see what has happened with your SIM at the point of sale, they have the relevant system to check this. They may need to process another SIM for you on their side 🙂
