hi been having trouble with virgin broadband for a while now , so we got offered the volt option which we took, no engineer required the person on the phone said, I asked what do we do with old box , they told me to take to my nearest recycling centre which I did. Now months later there bombarding me with texts and emails, I done what the lady told me to do ,
