My wife has an 02 contract phone and I am a Virgin Media broadband, TV and home phone customer. We both live at the same address.
How do we register with Volt to get the extra benefits on offer for being a Volt/Virgin Media household?

All you have to do is go to the my02 app and enroll for benefits or click on volt my world as long as the address on the 02 contract match the vm address it will update within 14 days but usually gets done within 7 days
