O2 migration with no Broadband upgrade

Hello, like a lot of others it seems my migration to O2 and Volt didn't get over to the Virgin Broadband side.

It's been about 6 weeks, the O2 account says I have the Volt benefits but nothing so far on the Virgin side (still have M250).

I've tried to call 150 and speak to someone but...nope, the menus do their absolute best to prevent that happening, and no menu choice seems to match the topic of existing package benefits.

Can someone assist or tell me which menu on the phone we're supposed to choose to resolve this?
