O2 and Virgin Media Customer. How do I get Volt?

Hi,

I'm on O2 and Virgin Media but I would like to link them so I can have the Volt benefits. When I try to access this on O2 it asks me to log in to Virgin Media then when I do that on Virgin Media it asks me to log in to O2 and keeps going in this cycle. Please help.

You should be able to register from MyO2 either the App or the Website 

If not speak to O2
