I recently purchased a bolt package with an unlimited o2 sim included, but it hasn’t shown up in the post or with my tv/internet package and was hoping for some advice ?
I have called virgin and o2 and have been finding myself going around in circles with neither being able to find my order.
Is there anybody I can talk to that will be able to help me sort this ?
