O2 SIM not received

I signed up for Volt superfast with SIM but received no SIM, number nor information about when to expect it. O2 site does nothing without a mobile number. This was back in early July. On screen chat took me round two departments and gave a help number for the Cable Team that does not accept incoming calls!

Having the same issues, been waiting for a sim card sine the 18/07, VM and O2 just keep telling me its each others problem to resolve.
