O2 SIM not delivered

Hi There,

I signed up for the ultimate volt bundle back in June.  My virgin services are now live but I’ve not received the unlimited O2 sim that was supposed to be with the package.

Any ideas how long this takes?  When I ordered it said within 7 days, but that was a while ago.

I'm so sorry to hear that you're waiting on the delivery of an O2 SIM card. Have you reached out to O2 about this yet? You can reach them by calling 0344 809 0202 (or 202 from an O2 handset).
