Not getting the Volt upgrade speeds

I signed up for Virgin Media Broadband M125 with O2 volt upgrade. I have received my O2 upgrade but haven’t had my broadband increased to M250 yet

Sorry to hear the upgrade hasn't come to show with us yet.

Can I ask when you registered for Volt. as it can take up to 14 days to be activated.


I’m not sure when Vokt was activated but my broadband was installed 2 weeks ago

Thank you for reaching out  I am so sorry to hear about your volt benefits not being added yet.

These are done automatically, and they can take up to 14 working days sometimes a little longer.

Both accounts also have to be under the same address.

Have you tried to activate them via this link?

What happens when you click the link? Are you able to confirm if it has been two weeks since your activated Volt with O2? 

It takes me through to O2 where my benefits are already active. I’m getting extra data each month it’s my broadband speed that hasn’t changed
