Not Received VOLT BB from Virgin

Hi all, have had Virgin broadband for 4/5 years currently on 500mb package and have purchased a iPhone 15 pro on 02 on contract I have received the Volt benefits on my 02 contract been upgraded to unlimited data etc but haven’t had Volt benefits on my Virgin services like my broadband being upgraded to 1 Gig etc. What would be the reason I have had the 02 contract for just under a month now and I live in a full fibre area so 1 Gig is available, would it be best to phone up Virgin or head in to a 02 store to sort it out?
