No volt activated after 6 weeks !!

I signed up for Virgin media as an existing o2 customer. We work from home and really need our wifi to be efficient. The double speed and guaranteed free booster pods were the biggest attraction. 
Our volt benefits are active with o2 but not Virgin.I have spent numerous hours on WhatsApp, webchat , live phone calls and visited my local o2 store twice to try to get my benefits switched on. Meanwhile I have poor service in 3 rooms. This is such a let down and i feel really scammed by paying for a service I am not getting .

We're sorry to hear your Volt benefits have not been applied. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
