I've been with Virgin media for over a year, and recently got a SIM deal from O2, in my "my O2" app I get the screen where it tells me either my volt upgrades are active or I can't get them, and has been like that for the past 3 weeks. Not sure why they haven't activated on either of my accounts yet?
Any help is appreciated

It sounds like your Virgin Media and O2 accounts are not synced together.
If you're able to call our team on 0345 454 1111 or 150, we will be able to assist you with this process and ensure that Volt benefits are added to your Virgin Media account, before we transfer you through to our friends at O2, to complete this process.

Hi David,
After not getting a response here for a couple of days I ended up going on the my O2 app and sent a message on there, they were able to check and gave me the upgrade no problem 🙂
I've received both the double data and the upgraded internet speed.

Wait, are you saying O2 are able to give the free broadband speed boost themselves, rather than going to Virgin Media?

Yep! Spoke to someone through the my O2 app and the day after I had both my double data and increased internet speed from them, all through their chat system - didn't need to phone anyone!

Hmmmm I had no idea that was possible! Virgin are amazing at going in roundabouts. I might just try them instead.
