No upgrade!

On our wavelength

I have virgin broadband, TV and phone plus a o2 pay monthly phone.

My question is what's happened to my upgrade? nothing has changed.

I can't seem to be able to actually talk to a human surely they have some all I seem to be able to do is go around in circles.

If someone could point me in the right direction I would be grateful.

Same issue here. Legacy VM broadband and mobile customer transferred over to O2 mobile. T&C’s of contract transfer stated Volt benefits would be applied within 14 days. Nothing so far…
