Sorry to hear you're waiting on your Volt benefits being applied. Can you confirm if you've registered for these via your My O2 account at least 14 days ago?

A little story. In November 2022 I was advised by Virgin to go to O2 to get better mobile package ( i.e. better tariff not phone)and this I did. I also have a second mobile phone on the same Virgin account and this was moved over by Virgin a few weeks ago. I now have 2 phones on O2 account but still no offer to get broadband speed increase.
