No broadband speed increase after move to o2 sim

Since joining O2 in November 2022I have not had my Virgin broadband speed increased. I have 2 phones on my account

Sorry to hear you're waiting on your Volt benefits being applied. Can you confirm if you've registered for these via your My O2 account at least 14 days ago?

A little story. In November 2022 I was advised by Virgin to go to O2 to get better mobile package ( i.e. better tariff not phone)and this I did. I also have a second mobile phone on the same Virgin account and this was moved over by Virgin a few weeks ago. I now have 2 phones on O2 account but still no offer to get broadband speed increase.
