I received an email on the 1st August to tell me that my Volt benefits had been applied and I could then see what I could receive. I've not been able to see anything as like everyone else I get the same message on the O2 webpage.
Seems as though being an existing customer and having my phones transferred over has not been to my advantage in the slightest. Very disappointing from both companies.
