Like many others, I have not yet received the Volt Boost to my Virgin Broadband.
I was switched from Virgin Mobile to O2 on 1st July and the O2 Volt Boost was applied automatically on 11th July.
I can confirm that the name and address are the same for my O2 and Virgin Media accounts.
