No Virgin Media Speed Boost

Hi,

Like many others I was switched to O2 from Virgin Mobile on 7th July and the Volt benefits have been applied to my O2 account but I haven't heard anything from Virgin Media about my upgrade from M500 to Gig1 which will mean a new router as I have a Hub3.

Can anyone from the team look into this?

Were the Volt benefits applied to your O2 account on the same day you switched?

Also, does the address on your O2 account match the address on the account of the Virgin Media broadband service?

The account was automatically switched from Virgin Mobile to O2 on 5 July 2023 and Volt Benefits start date is 14 July 2023. The O2 account and Virgin Media broadband are the same address.

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

I was switched on 7th July. My Volt benefits were applied to O2 on 22nd July and the address on O2 matches Virgin Media.

Thanks, my Virgin Media package is now Gig1 Volt, I received my new Hub 5 and everything is working fine.
