I am a new customer on the volt bundle and I have not received my o2 sim yet
I have contacted o2 who state I am not on their system
Can a virgin rep please help?

Sadly this would need to be picked up by O2 to confirm that a sale has or can be made with them for a sim card.
Do please provide us with any further updates and we'll be on hand to assist where possible.
