My current deal expires on the 17th, I phoned up yesterday and agreed on a new 18 month deal which is tied in to an O2 sim deal. I have received 7 emails from O2 and nothing from VM!
Checked my account online and it still says current contract ends on 17th with no update information. As a minimum I would have thought that I should have received email confirmation from VM.
I am concerned that I am going to be stuck with an O2 deal and continue my current contract at the hiked VM price.
Should I spend another 45 minutes on the phone today to resolve or am I being too hasty regarding email confirmation? Thanks
